红外线穿透性高分子材料,又叫红外线穿透性塑料,是将PC,PMMA,ABS,PET等塑料树脂材料与纳米材料形成纳米粒子数反转的光学塑料.是一类能有效穿透各种红外线范围波长的功能型塑料材料,通常黑色居多,按照穿透红外线的波长范围,可以将它们分类为近红外线穿透性塑料(波长范围780nm-2500nm),中红外线穿透性塑料(波长范围3000nm-5000nm),远红外线穿透性塑料(波长范围8000nm-14000nm),1mm-100m属于电磁波.

近红外线780nm-2500nm穿透性塑料,按照塑料树脂种类可以分为PC,PMMA,PET,TPX, ABS等许多种类,而综合性能最优良的当属PC材质,光学透射率最高的当属PMMA材质,密度轻而其它综合性能较为理想的又当属ABS材质,因此,企业用户选择PC,PMMA,ABS材质在实际应用中最为广泛。

中红外线3000nm-5000nm穿透性塑料,近年处于开发阶段,塑料树脂可以选择为TPX,PTFE,PE,PET,COC等。民用领域较少!

远红外线8000nm-14000nm穿透性塑料,早已由开发阶段到步入小批量试产阶段,逐步在应用。塑料树脂种类主要有PTFE,COC,TPX,PE等。民用领域较少!

 1.近红外线穿透PC塑料 NIR PC C92原料系列,颜色为极度黑亮,密度1.2, 折射率1.586, HDT为137℃,形态为颗粒状。近红外线穿透PC塑胶材料适合注塑或挤压成型,它们在650~1650nm(根据透射和截止波长不同,可细分出很多种子波段规格,如:650~1650nm,720~1650nm,780~1650nm,850~1650nm,905~1650nm等)透过率高达92%,对太阳光线和紫外波长的屏蔽率高达99.9%,可用于安防监控摄像头,人脸或虹膜识别,指静脉识别,红外照相机,红外触控框,汽车ADAS智驾系统,激光雷达,红外传感器,智能家居,智能音响,机器人,无人机,航空航天,医疗,IR,AR,VR等
